Our Founder and  Executive Director is  Alonzo Walker  who is a Licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker,  Licensed General Contractor, Certified Project Manager and multi-unit property Investor. He has an amazing team of  volunteers that are committed to helping others further their real estate knowledge. We take our passion and turn it into action. Diverse Real Estate Concepts is a 501c3 charitable organization. We were founded in 2020 due to the vacuum of organizations in the local communities to promote positive change through the education of  home ownership. The concept of the organization came from an understanding  that home ownership creates an environment for people to feel invested  in creating a positive community. Understanding that providing, promoting and educating people on what it takes to become a homeowner will thus foster the opportunity for positive change in the community. 

As a 501c3 Charitable organization our primary mission is to create a positive impact in local communities by educating, training and hiring of people who have a passion to be a real estate homeowner or investor . Our members and volunteers have a passion to create change by providing the knowledge necessary to assist people in the local community to reach their Real Estate dreams. Secondary focus is to support and hire Minority, Women and Veteran owned contractors to perform at least 50% of our revitalization and rehabilitation of property to help local communities.
